We were thrilled to win the commission to design the report and launch of the £147.2 million Inclusive Talent Strategy (ITS), commissioned by the Mayor of London and London Councils.

Our team led both brand and strategy development, producing three comprehensive reports outlining the ITS vision, delivery framework, and implementation roadmap, and creating the full brand identity and marketing materials for the official London launch hosted by Sadiq Khan.

The ITS supports 150,000 Londoners into good jobs, closing skills gaps and improving opportunities for underrepresented groups, across Construction, Creative Industries, and Life Sciences.

This project showcased our ability to combine strategic insight, creative design, and real-world impact on London’s workforce.
