It is the UK&#8217;s largest wet and dry leisure centre to achieve Passivhaus, and the first in London. Designed by GT3 Architects, the facility aims to consume up to 60% less energy compared with a standard new building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images
